This Privacy Policy describes how CP Staffing, Inc. (doing business as “CP Staffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with a principal and mailing address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use cpstaffing.co and our staffing, recruiting, consulting, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information reasonably necessary to provide our services.

• Website Form Information: Information you provide through the Growth Assessment or other website forms, such as name, company, email, telephone number, and form responses.
• Candidate/Employee Information: Information related to recruiting, placement, onboarding, employment, and work eligibility where applicable.
• Client Information: Business contact details, staffing needs, and job requirement information.
• SMS/Mobile Information: If you separately opt in to text messages, we collect the mobile number you provide and records necessary to demonstrate that SMS-specific consent.
• Usage Data: IP-derived or website interaction data collected through essential technologies and, where enabled through Privacy Choices, optional analytics technologies.

2. Analytics, Privacy Choices, and Optional Technologies

CP Staffing uses a first-party Privacy Choices control so you can decide whether optional analytics technologies may run. Essential technologies required for site operation, security, fraud prevention, form protection, CSRF protection, and similar functionality remain available regardless of analytics preference.

When affirmatively enabled, optional analytics may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Analytics consent is separate from SMS consent. Allowing analytics does not opt you in to text messages, and SMS consent does not enable analytics.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

If you choose to provide your mobile telephone number and separately consent to receive text messages from CP Staffing, we may use that number to send the categories of messages described at the point where you provide consent, including recruiting communications, job opportunity information, interview or scheduling communications, application or status updates, and related staffing communications.

Participation in CP Staffing's SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an application, submit a website form, request staffing services, or otherwise use our services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CP Staffing text message. You may request assistance by replying HELP.

Mobile Data and SMS Consent

CP Staffing does not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

We may disclose information necessary to vendors and service providers that assist us in operating the messaging program, such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, infrastructure providers, and other vendors involved in delivering or supporting requested communications. Such providers may use the information only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Withdrawing SMS Consent

You may withdraw consent to receive text messages from CP Staffing at any time by replying STOP to a CP Staffing text message. After processing your opt-out request, we will stop sending ordinary messages covered by that SMS program except for an opt-out confirmation or messages otherwise permitted or required by law.

SMS consent is separate from other communication preferences. Opting out of text messages does not necessarily prevent CP Staffing from communicating with you through other methods that you have separately requested or that are otherwise permitted by law.

Consent Evidence

When SMS consent is submitted through an eligible website form, CP Staffing may retain the telephone number, consent status, consent timestamp, source form/page, consent language or version identifier, and associated inquiry or application identifier where applicable. Existing security controls may also preserve limited technical evidence such as a hashed IP value, browser user agent, landing URL, or referrer. We do not add invasive tracking solely for SMS consent.

5. Disclosure and Sharing of Information

We may share personal information with clients where appropriate for staffing or recruiting services and with service providers that operate on our behalf, such as hosting, security, fraud prevention, email delivery, analytics when enabled, and messaging infrastructure providers.

6. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

CP Staffing does not sell, rent, or trade the personal information of our candidates, employees, or clients to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
