This page describes the CP Staffing SMS messaging program, consent choices, and how mobile contact information is handled. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program
CP Staffing, Inc. offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who expressly choose to receive eligible staffing-related text communications.
2. Types of Messages
Depending on your consent and interaction with CP Staffing, messages may include job opportunity notifications, recruiting communications, interview or appointment scheduling, application or candidate status information, staffing-service communications, and other communications directly related to the SMS program for which you opted in.
3. Consent
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an application, submit the Growth Assessment or another website form, request staffing services, or otherwise use CP Staffing's services. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
The primary public web opt-in mechanism is the Growth Assessment on cpstaffing.co. Its SMS-specific checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. The disclosure identifies the staffing-related message categories, states that message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply, and provides STOP and HELP instructions together with links to the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms.
4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency may vary based on candidate activity, available opportunities, scheduling activity, and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms govern charges associated with SMS messages.
5. Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After STOP is processed, CP Staffing may send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further ordinary messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently provide valid consent to receive messages again.
Where supported by the messaging provider, standard carrier opt-out variants such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT may also be recognized. Provider-native suppression must not be weakened.

7. Re-Subscription
A previously opted-out subscriber must not be reactivated merely because an internal record is changed. Re-subscription must occur through a valid consent mechanism or supported START flow and must be recorded appropriately.
8. Privacy and Mobile Information
CP Staffing does not sell or share mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS OPT-IN DATA EXCLUSION: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Operational messaging providers, carriers, infrastructure providers, and similar vendors may process mobile information solely as necessary to provide services on CP Staffing's behalf.

9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Eligibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide to CP Staffing.
11. Changes
CP Staffing may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the posted terms and effective date as appropriate.
